To cover the added risk of property damage. This will be protected with your security deposit held in a government authorised scheme and may be returned at the end of the tenancy.

Contract negotiation, amending and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy.

Ending Your Tenancy - FREE

Attending the property to undertake an updated schedule of condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposits.
Future Landlord Reference Fee - FREE
Collating information and preparing a reference for a future landlord or letting agent.
Other fees and charges
Lost Security Items - £10.00 per item (inc. VAT)
Out Of Hours Service - £36 per hour (inc. VAT)
Where actions of the tenant result in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate.
Unpaid\Returned Rent - Interest at 8% above the bank of England Base rate from due date.
Missed Visit or Engineer Appointment - £36 per hour (inc. VAT)
Where an appointment is confirmed and the tenant is not at the property and access not given.
Professional Cleaning (if required) - £20.00 per hour (inc. VAT)
Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
