Neil Bartrop - Company Director/Valuer

A bit about me....
I was born, raised and educated in Worksop. Having worked in the industry for a total of 23 years, I progressed up the ladder and decided in 2008 to make the move and open my own Estate Agency. I have always been involved in all aspects of the business from valuing properties to the creative marketing of the company and most importantly making sure great customer service is offered at all times. We are now constantly ranked as one of Worksop’s Top Selling and Lettings agents and I am extremely proud of this achievement.

Out of Work...
I love spending any ‘free’ time with my wife Kelly and my three children, Caitlin, Evie and Scarlett. My three daughters make what I do at work so important as I want them to be on the right road to success when they reach adulthood. When I do occasionally get some of ‘me’ time I enjoy trying to play golf and enjoying mini breaks to world cities.

Born and raised in Cornwall I moved to Worksop in 1999 where I worked for a well known corporate estate agent in Mansfield. In January 2016 I started working for Bartrop and Dilks and was able to bring with me the knowledge and experience having been in the Estate Agency industry for the past 20 years .

Out of Work...
Married to Simon and having 2 beautiful daughters Neve and Grace and step son Jake most of my time is spent with my family. We have a new addition Ruby who is a Staffy puppy and we like to holiday in Cornwall visiting family.

A bit about me...
Having over 20 years of experience in the buying and selling industry, I pride myself on the fact that I have lived in South Yorkshire for all my life and love meeting the local people.  Buying or selling a property is one of the biggest transactions anyone will ever make in their life, so I thrive on the fact that I share all my knowledge and expertise with my clients and make sure they are happy.  Transparency, honesty and communication are the three main attributes that I strive to achieve.  

Out of work...
Family and friends are the two main hobbies in my free time, as they mean the world to me.  They are the main pieces to the jigsaw, which never gets lost.  Being the girl that I am, when I have any “spare” money, I LOVE shopping!

With many years’ experience managing both residential and commercial units, I have recently continued my career in the property industry by becoming heavily involved in land acquisition and development. This calls on my experience and ARLA qualification to ensure transactions are completed both quickly and efficiently.

Out of work...
When not out enjoying family walks with our dog Tilly, I am also continuing to learn Spanish. A Bartrop and Dilks office in Marbella is a dream that one day, might just come true.

Over the past 20 years I’ve worked with some of the biggest brands in retail having the customer at the core of everything I’ve achieved, I’m a passionate leader with a proven track record within customer service and business management. I’m committed to making sure our Landlords, Investors and tenants receive the best possible advice to maximise their investments, whether you’re a portfolio landlord or a landlord with a single property I am here to guide you through all the aspects of letting and the rental industry.

Out of work...
Family time is precious for me however being passionate about all things property, when I do get some free time I love to renovate houses and work on my own Lettings portfolio.

Chris Lever - Senior Lettings Advisor

ChrisA bit about me...
I have worked in property management for the past ten years, initially in social housing with a Local Authority before moving to the private sector in 2014. I have always enjoyed my work, I like the mix of having time in the office and being out and about visiting properties, forever meeting new people and gaining on my experiences. My role at Bartrop & Dilks includes managing my own portfolio of properties whilst also supporting the Lettings Manager with managing the team.

Out of Work...
I am a very proud dad of two young children, Mia and Jake, who I spend a lot of time with out of work. We enjoy going for days out and have regular trips to the park. My hobby is keeping  tropical marine fish which has resulted in my kitchen becoming home to the cast of ‘Finding Nemo!’.

Debra Hunt - Lettings Advisor

DebraA bit about me...
Having worked in an administration role for 10 years for the UK’s biggest independent garage company I decided it was time for a career change.  I have always enjoyed meeting people whether face to face or over the telephone and working within the lettings team gives me the opportunity to meet some fabulous clients, my role within Bartrop and Dilks is varied and I love that no day is the same, I am predominantly there to support the lettings team with all aspects of administration and make sure our landlords legal responsibilities are kept in order.
 
Out of Work...
I have 3 wonderful children Katie, Oliver and Megan together with an absolutely beautiful granddaughter Arabella.  We spend a lot of time together as a family whether at home or on days out.  We also have a chihuahua called Remy who completes our family.

Beata - Lettings Advisor

BeataA bit about me...
I have worked in the customer service sector for the past 18 years following my graduation from the school of economics in Poland. My background in customer service has helped me to gain the people and communication skills I needed to be successful in the fast paced world of lettings. I have worked in the letting industry for the last 4 years specialising in managing HMO’s as well as single occupancy lets. I speak fluent Polish and English which has proven invaluable with our ever changing customer demographic.

Out of Work...
I enjoy a quiet life out of work, reading books and going out to the theatre in my spare time. I love to plan holidays abroad, especially visits to see my friends and family in Poland. My partner and I don’t like shopping! We much prefer to explore new places and get out for some fresh air!

I joined BB Mortgages in April 2017 following time in the financial services industry with The Nottingham Building Society and Yorkshire Bank. I qualified as a mortgage advisor so I could help clients buy their home with the knowledge they would receive great advice and service that I pride myself on providing.

Out of work...
 I enjoy spending family time with my wife Sarah and son Harry on days out and holidays. I'm also a season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest which isn't always an enjoyable pastime!
